Also Tay our convo before you left was the best conversation I’ve had with anyone the whole game, it gave me so much closure about your boot, but also just meant heaps to me. ❤️❤️
It looked exhausting, but you were doing so well, so I'm happy those likes boosted you - even if just for a little bit.

Dude, we were so tight the entire game and somehow that last conversation just overshadowed everything and I'm so happy we had that chat before that tribal council. I cannot wait for the reunion, I'm going to pick up some Canadian Club tomorrow so we can cheers at the finale. Sooooo proud of you my friend! ❤️

This makes me so happy and further proves the point that Erika was playing the game we all said we wanted to play, but weren't low-key enough to pull off.
I agree her positioning was very good. I’d also like to note I just liked Erika as a person as well it wasn’t just purely strategic and gamebotty. I do think though that Wendell has played a better game, more actively. BUT I would still consider voting for both of them should they get there together. I think we’ll be seeing one of them here tomorrow however.

Can you say more about this Jay? Erika as your #1. How did this come about?
This was an active move on my part. I felt like she was considered enough of a threat at that point where I could have a good chance at f3 against her without her targeting me for my threat level cause she’d be out the door soon after. We worked together for every move following, she didn’t vote Wendell at 7 because the numbers weren’t there. I’m still annoyed Lindsey left at 7 lmao.

It seems to me like Erika had a lot more adversity to overcome, versus Wendell who seemed to be coasting for a good portion of the beginning of the merge. But I'm also biased after what Genie, Erika, and I had to go through on OG Kameiros. I think that's why I loved playing with Lindsey so much, it reminded so much of the chaos that was the first 10 days of the game.

I think Jacob can speak light to this fact, but Wendell did go through adversity throughout the entire premerge really on pre-Aegean sea. Although I can't comment too much on what happened on OG Lato as I wasn't there, he had pretty good relationships even on the other side of the infamous Chris vote, such as with Stephanie. By the way, icon, was pissed that she got voted out. But he integrated pretty smoothly into the swap tribe that we had even though he was at a 4-3 disadvantage, although I think a lot of the credit there can be given to Jacob for his manoeuvring there.

A BIG plus for Wendell's game is a move that a lot of you probably don't know about, I don't think I've seen it mentioned yet, I certainly kept it under wraps, mostly. But Wendell sent me the OG Lato idol, like original tribes we're talking here, when James got voted out. On Crete, the HUGE talking point was a Jay vs James war. Up until 20 minutes before tribal I thought the vote would be on jess, but then James and Morgan got bigmoveitis and turned on steph. Then I idoled Steph in a 3*-2-2-1, 5-0 vote. But James was a huge power player on Lato, probably one of the biggest players from Crete. So Wendell indirectly takes credit for that as one of his moves. It's not mammoth, he didn't do any of the social legwork that me and Tay did for that vote, but nonetheless part of the move.

I have to agree with you, especially because I thought I was playing a blessed game to avoid council for so long. I don't think that actually did me any favors vs players more used to the grind and Erika sort of showed me how you could maneuver from being a target to an ally within 2 votes on Zakros 3.0. My opinion of Erika completely flipped in that amount of time on Zakros and she was *so* well placed at the merge after that. Like just the perfect amount of threat vs non-threat to never be a serious target (that I can recall) and even potentially out-maneuvering the *true* threats at the very end to get herself to the end with the 2 most perfect goats? I mean.... #masterful.

This was so pivotal! We would have made it through that tribal with James' flip on Stephanie, but the idol allowed us to completely change the course of the pre-pre-merge, instead of buying us 1 more vote, it got us to the stupid "adventure" portion of the game haha.  Ugh... WENDELL 😍

I do certainly agree with the thought that Erika's been a gritty player. I didn't play with her A LOT in the early merge and at all before that so I can't actually see how much sway she had or how she was able to use her relationships to her benefit in those portions of the game. I'm gonna hopefully get some more insight into that at final tribal council.

I mean it really doesnt matter in my opinion. If they are smart its wendell vs erika for whoever gets 4th.

Like we can argue for whoever the better player is. I think Wendell made the smartest move of the season by flipping on will at 8. That's my personal opinion. I'm like dam this dude is good.

Erika tbh for me hasn't done...anything but float. I will be intrigued to see her ftc. (but again i physically tried to distance myself from her so my opinion is moot honestly)

I think I'll know your answer, but I don't think we will know the full truth till shirin and bret read this or whatever. Am I gone at 8 or 7 if i don't win immunity?

Just curious, when has Erika been in trouble this entire merge. One can argue the same point for her.

At 7 though, possibly. You were my target at 7, and I know lindsey and erika would've voted you. Depends on the other 3.
